Do I need access to a gym?
No. Your program is designed around the equipment you have available. Coaching can be adapted for gym training, home training or a combination of both.
Do I need to be an experienced athlete?
Not at all. Online coaching can be adapted to different experience levels. Your program starts from your current level and progresses from there.
Do I have to be a pole athlete?
No. While pole-specific performance is one of my specialities, online coaching is available to anyone who wants personalised training and professional support.
Can my program complement my pole training?
